- Data in Transit
- Data transferred over the internet is secured by Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 encryption protocol. This ensures that your information is protected during transmission, and it also verifies the authenticity of our website. Websites with TLS/SSL certification are marked by the “https” and padlock icon in the browser’s address bar. FastWill holds an SSL/TLS certificate issued by DigiCert®.
- Data Stored in the Cloud

Data Ownership
- Your Information
- We value the trust you place in us to protect your personal information. FastWill will never share, sell, or transfer any of your data without your explicit consent, except as outlined in our privacy policy. For more details, please visit our Privacy Policy.
- Data Deletion
- Your account is yours. If you choose to terminate your membership and delete your account, we will completely and permanently remove all data and documents associated with it. Final removal, including security backups, will occur 35 days after your initial request.
Identity Management & Authentication
- Passwords
- We protect against unauthorized access by encouraging strong passwords (14 characters or more) and automatically logging users out after periods of inactivity.
Certifications
- SOC2 and HIPAA
- FastWill has completed Type 2 Service Organization Control (SOC 2 Type II) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) examinations. These independent assessments verify that we adhere to strict information security practices and provide third-party validation of our data security standards.
